Good afternoon. My name is Kerry Marchant and I have, with, I have to admit, some difficulty, finally persuaded my author Hywela Lyn to give me a story in which I am the central character. That story was published on the 11th March this year with the slightly perplexing title (at least I think so) ‘Beloved Enemy’.
I figure she owes me the lead in my own story, after the way she left me in the first book of the Destiny series – ‘Starquest’. More about that later. In the meantime, you may be wondering about the Destiny. Here is a picture. I happen to think is the greatest starship in the cosmos, but then I am a little biased!
From STARQUEST – Volume 1 in the Destiny Trilogy
She gasped the sight of the starship speeding toward her craft. She took in the long, sleek lines of the main hull with its lethal-looking weapons array. The nacelles on each side gave the appearance of the backward sweeping wings of a gigantic bird of prey. Its graceful double tailfins glowed, radiating a pulsing, golden light. Jess tore her gaze from the panel. Her situation was too critical to muse over the aesthetics of the unknown vessel. She had to leave her ship, and quickly.
